Kenyanda S. Reddy is an activist, advocate, and founder whose work centers on youth, family stability, and mental health justice within communities impacted by systemic neglect and inequity.
She is the founder of Mentor Reddy, a community-centered platform created to serve RU REDDY youth — Resilient, Underprivileged, Re-educating, Empowering, Determined, Dedicated Youth — through mentorship, education, enrichment, and family-focused programming. Mentor Reddy exists to provide structure, access, and advocacy where systems have historically failed to protect youth and families.
Kenyanda is also the founder of K.S. Reddy Management, the operational and advocacy arm supporting program development, partnerships, and community-based initiatives across education, mental health, and social impact work.
She is the creator of the RU REDDY Framework, a values-driven model rooted in lived experience and community truth. The RU REDDY Framework centers resilience, access to education, empowerment, determination, and dedication as essential pillars for youth development and long-term stability — without criminalization, abandonment, or shame.
As a community health worker and parent, Kenyanda leads Mental Reddy, a mental health advocacy initiative dedicated to normalizing serious mental health diagnoses, promoting humane and family-centered treatment, and addressing the systemic gaps that too often punish illness instead of providing care. Mental Reddy supports informed approaches that respect holistic practices while also advocating for medication and medical treatment when appropriate.
Grounded in years of grassroots advocacy, systems navigation, and community leadership, Kenyanda’s work challenges narratives that blame families for structural failures. She builds frameworks, advocates for dignity, and creates pathways for youth and families to move from survival toward stability.
Her work is guided by a simple principle:
Structure, dignity, and access save lives.
Regulated. Unavailable to Chaos. Disciplined for Yourself.

At Mentor Reddy we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background. Many students in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County face significant challenges in literacy and numeracy, which can hinder their educational journey and future prospects. Your generous donation will help provide essential tutoring and educational services to underprivileged youth.
