Hello, I am Ms. Reddy, a dedicated advocate for mental health and suicide prevention awareness. My journey into this vital cause began with a profound personal experience involving my oldest son's battle with schizophrenia, and later my youngest son's struggles with severe depression and PTSD. Through the challenges and heartaches, I found strength and resilience in supporting my sons on their journey to healing. As a devoted mother, I made it my mission to educate myself and be a pillar of support for my family, navigating the complexities of mental health with love and determination. Mental Reddy is not just a website - it's a sanctuary for those seeking solace and understanding in the realm of mental health. Here, we foster a safe space for youth and families to share their stories, find resources, and embark on a path towards mental wellness.
